    يغلب على منطقة أبها الملابس ذات التصميم البسيط المصنوع من الأقمشة القطنية والتي يطلقون عليها أهل المنطقة أسم (المبرم)، بالإضافة إلى أثواب مخصصة للأعياد والمناسبات، وفي حال كان الشخص ذو مكانة اجتماعية خاصة مثل شيخ قبيلة أو فقيه فيقوم بارتداء المشلح، أما غطاء الرأس فهو عبارة عن عمامة تكون مصنوعة من الصوف وبألوان زاهية وجميلة، أما النساء فمعظم اللباس عبارة عن فساتين له زم من الوسط ويجعل أسفله عريضاً وما فوقه مناسباً للصدر واليدين والكتفين وهو بألوان مختلفة وزاهية عكس الأثواب البلدية ذات اللون الأسود القاتم.
