Minced Mallow

It is prepared by mincing the mallow leaves finely chopped and sauté in ghee until the water in the leaves is fully absorbed. Then boiled lamb or chicken is added to the mallow leaves along with some spices, saffron, and ghee and mixed well. When the blend is ready, it is served in plates with sprinkling of sautéed pines as garnishing.
