It is a popular dish in the Makkah city. It consists mainly of the internal viscera of sheep, like the liver, intestines, and heart, to which the wheat flour is added after being washed and cleaned. It is prepared by placing it over high flame until it is done and some spices like cinnamon, cumin, pepper, and shaibah are added to the stew. This dish is also called “Taqa’tee”. If the tomatoes juice is added to it, then the stew is called “Kammoniah”.
