Sand Skiing

No, it is not the usual skiing on snow or the sea. It’s sand skiing! The sand in the Kingdom offers you a new adventure that is worth the experience. Skiing with a board on the sand is similar to snow skiing and it is an excellent alternative to sea surfing. Here in the desert, you can make the same quick movements on sand waves as you can on water or snow. Sand skiing requires balance, courage and agility. If you want to practice it professionally and safely, you need a 4x4 vehicles, a driver, a manual or coach, water (more than you think you need -- 6 liters per person per day minimum), sand board, sand cart, helmet, gloves, sunglasses, and sun protection cream. And, of course, a wide area of sand dunes.
