Location and Significance

Jabbat Ha’il is considered one of the most significant and largest archaeological sites in Saudi Arabia. Scientific studies indicate that the oldest known settlement in the region is located in Jebbah. Two of the sites discovered date back to the Mesolithic Period. The first is located in Um Sanman Mountain and the other is located to the southeast.
