It is a box shaped mud building. The tops of its walls were built of stones to protect it from disintegration. The Palace has two towers in the north and the south. It was built on a rocky highland overlooking the old farms and Al-Hawas old spring. This site was chosen for its heritage, historical, and archeological importance and also because of its tourist integration with the neighboring tourist sites such as the Al-Hawas village sulfur water spring, and with other tourist sites nearby.
