It is a vast area in the center of Sakaka and it includes a palace, a mosque and a courtyard. It is still in good architectural condition although built more than 100 years ago using mud, stones, and tamarisk wood. The palace has two towers in the south-eastern and the north-western corners and two entrances with wooden gates and two wells. Next to its southern side, there is an ancient mosque built of stones and mud still in good condition. It is roofed with palm trunks and fronds. This area is characterized by its unique location in the city center with the possibility of using it in the heritage tourism activities for the region.
